از آنجائی که تولیدات یک کارخانه سازنده سیستم های ضد انفجار Explosion proof Systems طبق ATEX Directive94/9/EC میباشد لازم است گواهینامه های EC Type Examination و QAN (Quailty Assurance Notification )n که اولی به عنوان گواهینامه اصلی دستگاههای ضد انفجار و دومی به عنوان گواهینامه مکمل آن است Approved Notification Body نیز اخذ شود تا شرایط تولید یک دستگاه ضد انفجار حاصل گرددو اگر قرار باشد مطابق استاندارد IEC باشد لازم است گواهینامه های CoC ((Certification of Conformity )) به عنوان گواهینامه اصلی و QAR ((Quality Assessment Report)) به عنوان مکمل آن از EX Certifide Bodyاخذ شود. در گواهینامه اصلی آزمایش سیستم های ضد انفجار از سری استانداردهای IEC 60079 بنا بر ضرورت و نوع دستگاه ((که حداقل مربوط به سال 2006 و یا جدیدتر باشد.))
آزمایشگاه تخصصی IRANATEX پیشرو در ارائه خدمات مهندسی و آزمون قطعات و تجهیزات وابسته به کارخانه ایران کولر تنها و پیشرفته ترین آزمایشگاه تخریبی تست تجهیزات ضد انفجار در منطقه میباشد که مطابق با استانداردهای IEC عمل می نماید. این مرکز دارای سرتیفیکیت IsoIEC17025:2005 بوده که TEST REPORTS (گزارشات تست)) صادره برای سازمان های ارائه دهنده ATEX اروپائی قابل قبول میباشد.

These are very widely used in characterizing the material. Various phases in an alloy system are
quantified and the extents of their presence are correlated to the properties like strength, corrosion
resistance, stability of the material, etc.
The micro structure reveals the grain structure whether as cast, wrought, heat treated or subjected
to any special treatment such as carburizing, hardening etc.
This also reveals the presence of carbides particularly Chromium carbide which is a matter of concern
in high chromium, nickel alloys.
Highly experienced and qualified metallurgists enable ELCA to deliver the metallurgical condition of
any metal, including exotic ones. The application knowledge of our technicians enable us to give you
all the required characteristics, thus enabling the customer in making proper decisions while using the
material.
The image analysis system incorporated into our high power metallurgical microscopes enables ELCA
